August 3, 2022 - Now I have leaned up again before the previous picture, I am currently trying to gain muscle and at the same time to lose fat. I'm taking a slow approach to my goal by eating at maintence calories and workoing out. My muscles have much more definition and I have become more aesthetic (135Ibs)

July 30- August 3, 2022 This was the heaviest I've ever been yet. I gained about 13 pounds over the mini "bulk", I gained a decent amount of muscle and fat, but I was still lacking size (140Ibs)
